Booking Policy

& Guest Experience Guidelines

Welcome to Andana Resort Guimaras!

In order to keep our resort as homey, safe, and comfortable as possible, we have listed a few important policies and reminders that guests are encouraged to observe throughout their stay.

1. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of PHP 2,500 shall be collected upon check-in and will be returned upon check-out, provided that no damages, losses, or policy violations are incurred during the stay.

2. Cancellation, Rebooking, & Refund Policy

Payments are strictly non-refundable. In case of changes in plans, reservations may be rebooked only once to another available date, provided that the request is made no later than three (3) days before the scheduled booking date. Failure to rebook within the allowed period shall result in forfeiture and cancellation of the reservation.

 

However, refund requests may be considered only under valid and approved circumstances, such as unforeseen emergencies (e.g., medical emergencies, natural calamities, flight disruptions, or government restrictions), subject to submission of supporting documents and approval of management. All refund requests must follow the official Refund Request Procedure and are subject to evaluation and approval.

 

3. Visitors and Occupancy

  • Visitors are welcome until 8:00 PM only.

  • All visitors are subject to a Daycation Access Fee, whether they will use the facilities or not. This is implemented to properly regulate entry and ensure other checked-in guest’s safety and security within the resort.

  • Security personnel may request valid identification from visitors.

  • Visitors remain under the responsibility of the registered guest.

  • Room occupancy must not exceed the maximum capacity assigned by management.​​

4. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 12:00 NN

  • Extension of stay or late check-out is subject to room availability and corresponding charges. Kindly inform the Front Desk at least two (2) hours in advance.

 

5. No Smoking Policy

Andana Resort is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking inside the room is prohibited and will incur a corresponding maintenance deep-cleaning or odor-removal fee amounting to PHP 5,000.

 

For guests who wish to smoke, designated smoking areas are available within the resort premises. Kindly approach our staff for directions and proper guidance.

 

6. Quiet Hours and Guest Courtesy

  • To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone:

  • Please keep voices and sound devices at a respectful volume, especially during the evening.

  • Avoid shouting, running in hallways, or causing disturbances in shared areas.

  • Respect fellow guests and help keep the premises clean and orderly.

 

7. Food and Beverage Policy

  • The resort has its own restaurant; therefore, bringing outside food and beverages is discouraged.

  • Corkage fees may apply for outside food.

  • Guests bringing outside food are required to sign an indemnity form upon entry.

 

8. Restaurant Operating Hours

  • Estrellita Restaurant: Currently unavailable until further notice

  • Danilo’s Resto Bar: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM

 

9. Room Policies

  • Room service is available only for senior citizens and persons with disabilities.

  • Cooking inside the room is discouraged for safety reasons.

  • Always keep your doors securely locked and use the double lock while inside the room.

  • Damages to room items, lost keys, and lost power cards will be charged accordingly.

  • Safety deposit boxes are provided inside the rooms. Guests are encouraged to secure valuables at all times.

 

10. Housekeeping and Linen Service

For guests staying more than one night:

  • Bed linens are changed on a rotation schedule.

  • Towels are replenished daily.

  • If you would like your room to be made up, kindly inform our staff or place the “Make Up Room” signage outside your door. For guest privacy, housekeeping does not enter rooms without permission.

  • If personal belongings are left on the bed, housekeeping may leave a note and postpone room cleaning.

 

11. Beach and Pool Guidelines

  • Poolside access is from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

  • The sandbox and beach area may be accessed from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM only.

  • Swimming beyond these hours is discouraged, as lifeguards are available during operational hours only.

  • Jellyfish and stingers may occasionally be present in the water; guests are advised to exercise caution.

  • Children must always be accompanied by an adult.

  • Use of life vests and floaters is highly encouraged.

  • Guests are requested to shower before swimming, wear proper swimming attire, and observe all pool rules.

  • Pool towels are available for rent at PHP 150 for both in-house and daycation guests.

 

12. Prohibited Items

The following are strictly prohibited inside the resort premises:

  • Outside food and beverages, unless otherwise approved by management

  • Electrical appliances not approved by management

  • Pets

  • Firearms, illegal substances, and other dangerous goods

  • Setting up tents within the resort premises

 

13. Parking and Vehicle Safety

Guests are encouraged to properly lock their vehicles before leaving the parking area. Management shall not be liable for any loss or damage to vehicles or personal belongings left inside them.

 

14. Safety and Unexpected Events

Guest safety remains one of our highest priorities. However:

  • Personal safety should always be observed at all times.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse or revoke entry of unruly guests.

  • The resort shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, or loss of personal property within the premises, although first aid assistance will be provided when necessary.

 

15. Assistance and Guest Support

  • The Front Office operates until 7:00 PM.

  • Roving attendants are available 24/7 for guest assistance.

  • Should you need help with rooms, venues, equipment, or any concern during your stay, feel free to approach any of our staff members.
